Tri-State Precision, Inc. was originally conceived as a small part precision machine shop dedicated to prototype construction and short-run production. Evolution pulled precision expertise into larger and larger components as customers demanded. In 1978,the start of a Code Certified multi-process welding program was introduced.

Today the main thrust of the shop is to produce precision fab-and-machine subcontract parts for a variety of industries. CNC involvement in production has allowed Tri-State to remain competitive in the machining subcontract field.
